The foundation for a successful project begins with a detailed and accurate quantity takeoff and cost estimate. We pride ourselves on our ability to dissect the details and manage information and calculations to ensure all project costs and risks are evaluated. Having a complete understanding of the project allows it to be successfully managed and executed through to completion.

Joel Shimozawa, P. Eng.
Joel studied Civil Engineering and graduated from UBC in 2008. A co-op work term on the Canada Line sparked his interest and passion for civil construction. Joel is a registered Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
